Customer Support - Payments

All transactions will be process via Square.

Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. Square also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Customer Support - Exchanges & Returns

All sales are final at Auntie Puff’s Sweets and Treats. We do no accept returns from customers. 

However, at Auntie Puff’s Sweets and Treats we guarantee the quality of our delivered product and will replace at no charge to the customer any delivered defective products and/or any products that are damaged in the shipping process. We will also replace any product lost in shipment.

We only provide replacements. Refunds are not provided.

Please follow the replacement process below:

1. Replacement Window: Customers must initiate replacement requests within 10 days of the original order processing date. 

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, photo evidence of a defect and/or shipping damage must be provided.

3. Replacement Process: Please send an email to auntiepuffssweetsandtreats@gmail.com describing the reason for the replacement request accompanied by a photo of the defective product and/or a product damaged in shipping. If the photo shows evidence of a product defect and/or evident shipping damage is confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement part to the customer.
